Lets take a look at some of the top available players in the class of 2018. The big question is what school will Zion Williamson attend next fall? The 6'7 SF is the #2 ranked player in 2018, and the biggest name in high school basketball. Zion's top schools are: Kentucky, Duke, Clemson, UNC and Kansas.
Romeo Langford is the #1 ranked SG in 2018, and could be the best scorer in the class. Langford is 6'6 with a great combination of skill and athleticism. He received offers from schools like Kentucky, Duke and North Carolina, but ended up cutting his list down to: Indiana, Vanderbilt and Kansas.
Former Louisville commit Anfernee Simons is one of the hottest prospects in the country. He's doing a post grad year at IMG Academy so he is eligible for the 2018 NBA draft. Simons is yet to decide whether or not he will play college ball. He holds offers from: Florida, Tennessee, NC State, UCLA, South Carolina etc.
Jelly Fam's Jahvon Quinerly is the top point guard still on the board in the 2018 class. Formerly committed to Arizona, but is now planning on waiting till the end of the high school season to select a school. Jahvon holds offers from: Villanova, Kansas, UCLA, Seton Hall, Virginia etc.
Tyger Campbell could be the best true PG in the senior class. Campbell can control the pace of the game and is a great facilitator. He was also the starting PG for 2017 National Champs La Lumiere. Tyger was once committed to DePaul, but reopened his recruitment in September.
7-footer from New York, Moses Brown is the 17th ranked player in 2018 by ESPN. Brown has great length, and a unique set of skills for his size. Moses has a final list of 5 schools: Maryland, UCLA, Florida State, Duke and Kentucky. Duke and UK are yet to offer but have shown heavy interest.
5'9 PG from Memphis Tyler Harris is pound for pound the best player in high school basketball. A fearless player with the ability to put up points in a hurry. In July at the Las Vegas Fab 48, Harris led Team Thad to a comeback win after being down by 30 points. Harris had 40 points (31 in the 2nd half). His top schools are: Iowa State, Memphis, Wichita State, Ole Miss and Cincinnati.
Emmitt Williams is a 5-star power forward out of Florida. One of the toughest post players in the game that really gets after it on both ends of the floor. Williams was accused of felony sexual battery, but has pleaded not guilty. He is back playing with his high school team Oak Ridge in Orlando. His top 7 schools are: Duke, Florida, Oregon, Kansas, USC, LSU and Miami.
Khavon Moore is a 6'8 guard with great offensive skills. He was ranked as a top 10 player for years, but evaluators seem to have all lowered his ranking. He now sits around the 40 spot. His recruitment seems to be wide open at this point. He holds several D1 offers, Florida, Alabama, LSU, UConn, Georgia, Oklahoma etc.
Jordan Brown is a 6'10 power forward ranked top 20 in the senior class. He attends Prolific Prep, and has won 2 gold medals with USA Basketball. His final 7 schools are: Gonzaga, UCLA, Cal, Nevada, Oregon, St. John's and Louisiana-Lafayette.
Former Auburn commit EJ Montgomery is one of the top available bigs in the 2018 class. Montgomery has a great inside-out game, making him a matchup nightmare. He has been offered by: Baylor, UCLA, NC State, Miami, Florida State, Auburn and North Carolina is starting to show interest.
